LABOUR RELATIONS ORDINANCE - SECT 30

Contempts to be offences

Any person who, at a hearing by a board of inquiry,-

   (a)  uses a threatening or insulting expression to or concerning or in the
        presence of the board of inquiry; or

   (b)  behaves in an insulting manner or wilfully interrupts the proceedings,
        shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a
        fine of $2000 and to imprisonment for 3 months.
