LABOUR RELATIONS ORDINANCE - SECT 11

Reference to arbitration or board of inquiry

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 56 of 2000 s. 3 The Chief
Executive in Council may, on considering a report and recommendation submitted
under section 10,- (Amended 56 of 2000 s. 3)

   (a)  with the consent of the parties, refer the trade dispute to
        arbitration;

   (b)  refer the trade dispute to a board of inquiry; or

   (c)  take such other action as the circumstances of the trade  dispute may
        warrant.
