LABOUR RELATIONS ORDINANCE - SECT 1
Short title and commencement
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 56 of 2000 s. 3 PART I
PRELIMINARY
(1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Labour Relations Ordinance.
(2) Part V shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Chief
Executive in Council by notice in the Gazette. (Amended 56 of 2000 s. 3)
