CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 91

Removal from the list

(1) The Practitioners Board shall remove from the list maintained under
section 90 the name of a person-

   (a)  who becomes registered under section 69; or

   (b)  whose application for registration, if any, is refused under
        section 70.

(2) The Practitioners Board may remove from the list maintained under
section 90 the name of a person who-

   (a)  is subject to the conditions or restrictions imposed under
        section 90(3)(a) but has failed to comply with any of such conditions
        or restrictions; or

   (b)  has been convicted in Hong Kong or elsewhere of an offence punishable
        with imprisonment.

(3) The Practitioners Board shall notify the person concerned in writing of
the reasons for its direction under subsection (2).
