Obligations of practising certificate holders

If at any time during the currency of a practising certificate, the holder of
the practising certificate-

   (a)  is convicted in Hong Kong or elsewhere of an offence punishable with
        imprisonment, he shall report the conviction to the Registrar
        forthwith;

   (b)  is found guilty in Hong Kong or elsewhere of misconduct in a
        professional respect, he shall disclose the record of misconduct to
        the Registrar forthwith.
