CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 78
Currency of a practising certificate
(1) Subject to subsection (2), a practising certificate shall be in force for
such period not exceeding 3 years as may be specified in the certificate.
(2) If at any time during the currency of a practising certificate, the holder
of the certificate ceases to be a registered Chinese medicine practitioner,
the certificate shall thereupon be deemed cancelled.
