CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 69

Registration

(1) The Practitioners Board may, subject to sections 70 and 71 and the
recommendation of the Registration Committee, approve an application for
registration as a registered Chinese medicine practitioner under section 68.

(2) Upon approving an application for registration by a person who has been
exempted from the Licensing Examination under section 93, the
Practitioners Board may impose such conditions and restrictions on the
practice of that person as it considers necessary.

(3) Where the Practitioners Board has imposed conditions or restrictions under
subsection (2), it may amend, vary or revoke any of such conditions or
restrictions.

(4) Upon approving an application for registration under subsection

(1), the Practitioners Board shall direct the Registrar to enter the name of
the person on the Register.
