CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 67
Qualifications for registration under section 69
Registration
A person is qualified to apply to be registered as a registered Chinese
medicine practitioner under section 69 if-
(a) he has passed the Licensing Examination; or
(b) the Practitioners Board has determined that he is so qualified under
section 92.
