CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 64

Restriction on number of attempts

(1) The Practitioners Board may restrict the number of consecutive attempts
which a person may make in respect of the Licensing Examination.

(2) The Practitioners Board shall publish such number of consecutive attempts
referred to in subsection (1) as it may determine by notice in the Gazette.

(3) For the avoidance of doubt, the notice published under subsection (2) is
not subsidiary legislation.
