CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 61
Eligibility for undertaking Licensing Examination
(1) A person shall be eligible to undertake the Licensing Examination if-
(a) he satisfies the Practitioners Board that at the time of the
application he has satisfactorily completed such undergraduate degree
course of training in Chinese medicine practice or its equivalent as
is approved by the Practitioners Board; or
(b) he is a person whose name is entered on the list maintained under
section 90 and is required to undertake the Licensing Examination
under section 95.
(2) Any person who seeks to undertake the Licensing Examination under
subsection (1)(a) shall-
(a) make an application to the Practitioners Board in such form as may be
determined by the Practitioners Board; and
(b) pay a prescribed application fee.
