CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 60
Practitioners Board to determine syllabus, etc.
(1) The Practitioners Board shall determine the examination syllabus, format,
standard of assessment and other related matters in respect of the
Licensing Examination.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the
Practitioners Board may appoint examiners for the purposes of the
Licensing Examination.
