CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 6
Replacement members
Where, before the expiry of his term of office, a member of the Council
appointed under section 4(b) resigns or his office becomes vacant, the Chief
Executive may appoint a person who is suitably qualified for appointment under
section 4(b) to hold office in place of that member until the expiry of the
period for which he was appointed.
