CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 57

Service of notice and order of removal from Register

(1) Where the Practitioners Board intends to order the removal from the
Register the name of a Chinese medicine practitioner under section  56 (1)(c)
or (d) or (2), it shall serve a notice on the Chinese medicine  practitioner
stating the reasons for its intention to make the order and inviting him to
give any written representations to the Practitioners  Board.

(2) Where an order is made under section 56(1)(c) or (d) or (2), the Registrar
shall serve a copy of the order on the Chinese medicine  practitioner
concerned.
