CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 50
Application of Part VII of Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance
For the avoidance of doubt, Part VII of the Interpretation and General
Clauses Ordinance ( Cap 1) applies to the Council, a board or committee and
appointments to the Council, board or committee except in so far as it is
inconsistent with this Ordinance.
