CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 47

Questions to be decided by majority

All questions coming or arising before the Council, a board or committee shall
be decided by a majority of votes of members present at a meeting and voting
thereon, and in the case of an equality of votes, the Chairman or the chairman
of the board or committee shall have a casting vote in addition to his
original vote.
