CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 46

Validity of proceedings

(1) The validity of any proceedings of the Council, a board or committee shall
not be affected by any defect in the appointment of any member of the Council,
board or committee or by any vacancy among the members of the Council, board
or committee, as the case may be.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), where there is any defect in the
appointment of any member of the Council, a board or committee, it shall
constitute the special circumstances referred to in sections 97 and 103 for
the purposes of determining the time for appeal.
