MEETINGS

(1) The Council, a board or committee shall meet at such times and such places
as the Chairman or the chairmen of the respective boards or committees may
appoint.

(2) The Chairman or the chairman of a board or committee shall, on a
requisition signed by not less than such number of members being a number
forming the quorum of the Council, board or committee, as the case may be,
summon a meeting of the Council, board or committee, as the case may be, and
appoint the time and place for the meeting.

(3) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Council shall meet at least once every
6 months and as often as may be necessary to transact its business.
