CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 41
Chairmen of committees
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Council may appoint a person to be the
chairman of a committee.
(2) Only a member of a board is eligible to be appointed as the chairman of a
committee.
(3) Unless a contrary intention appears in the context, a reference to a
member of a committee includes a reference to the chairman of the committee.
