Establishment of committees

PART V

MISCELLANEOUS COMMITTEES

In addition to the power to establish committees under section 25, the Council
may, upon the recommendation of the Practitioners Board or the
Medicines Board-

   (a)  establish a committee or committees of the board for the purposes of
        performing such functions as may be prescribed by the Council; and

   (b)  vary, modify or extend the functions of such committee or committees.
