CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 38
Cessation of membership
If during the period of his office, a member of a committee under this Part
who is not a member of a board when appointed under section 26, 27, 28, 29, 30
or 31, as the case may be, becomes a member of a board, he ceases to be a
member of that committee.
