CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 36

Temporary members

(1) If a member of a committee under this Part is for any reason unable to
perform his duties and exercise his powers as such member for any period, the
Council may appoint another person suitably qualified for appointment to be a
temporary member in place of the member during that period.

(2) While any person is acting as a temporary member after appointment to such
membership under subsection (1), he shall be capable of performing all the
duties and of executing all the powers of the member whom he is temporarily
replacing.
