CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 33

Terms of appointment to committees under this Part

(1) Subject to subsection (3), a member appointed under this Part shall hold
office for such period not exceeding 3 years as may be specified in the letter
of his appointment.

(2) The member may, upon the expiry of his term of office, be reappointed.

(3) A member appointed or reappointed under this Part may, at any time before
the expiry of his term of office, resign his office by giving notice in
writing-

   (a)  in the case of a member other than the chairman of a committee, to the
        chairman of the committee;

   (b)  in the case of the chairman of a committee, to the Council.
