CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 30

Chinese Medicines Traders Committee

The Chinese Medicines Traders Committee shall consist of the following
members-

   (a)  2 public officers who shall be appointed by the Director; and

   (b)  the following persons, each of whom shall be nominated by the
        Medicines Board and appointed by the Council-

        (i)    a chairman who shall be a member of the Medicines Board;

        (ii)   2 persons from the trade of Chinese medicines;

        (iii)  1 Chinese medicine practitioner; and

        (iv)   1 lay person.
