CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 27
Examination Committee
The Examination Committee shall consist of the following members, each of whom
shall be nominated by the Practitioners Board and appointed by the Council-
(a) a chairman who shall be a member of the Practitioners Board;
(b) 4 Chinese medicine practitioners; and
(c) 2 persons from educational or scientific research institutions in Hong
Kong.
