CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 26

Registration Committee

The Registration Committee shall consist of the following members, each of
whom shall be nominated by the Practitioners Board and appointed by the
Council-

   (a)  a chairman who shall be a member of the Practitioners Board;

   (b)  5 Chinese medicine practitioners; and

   (c)  1 person from an educational or scientific research institution in
        Hong Kong.
