CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 25

Committees of boards to be set up

PART IV

COMMITTEES OF THE CHINESE MEDICINE PRACTITIONERS BOARD AND THE CHINESE
MEDICINES BOARD

(1) The Council shall establish-

   (a)  under the Practitioners Board, the following committees-

        (i)    the Registration Committee;

        (ii)   the Examination Committee; and

        (iii)  the Disciplinary Committee of Chinese Medicine Practitioners;

   (b)  under the Medicines Board, the following committees-

        (i)    the Chinese Medicines Committee;

        (ii)   the Chinese Medicines Traders Committee; and

        (iii)  the Regulatory Committee of Chinese Medicines Traders, and
               these committees shall have the functions specified in Parts I,
               II, III, IV, V and VI of Schedule 4 respectively.

(2) The Secretary may, after consultation with the Council, by order published
in the Gazette, amend Schedule 4.
