CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 24
Functions of boards
(1) The functions of the Practitioners Board and the Medicines Board are set
out in Parts I and II of Schedule 3 respectively.
(2) The Secretary may, after consultation with the Council, by order published
in the Gazette, amend Schedule 3.
