CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 23
Board secretary and legal adviser
(1) On each board, there shall be-
(a) a board secretary; and
(b) a legal adviser who shall be a solicitor or counsel.
(2) The persons specified in subsection (1)(a) and (b) shall be appointed by
the Secretary.
