CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 22

Continuation of membership

If during the period when the Practitioners Board or the Medicines Board, as
the case may be, is-

   (a)  considering a complaint;

   (b)  considering any information;

   (c)  conducting an inquiry; or

   (d)  conducting a review, a member of the board-

        (i)    gives a notice of resignation; or

        (ii)   ceases to be a member by reason of the expiry of his term of
               office or other circumstances referred to in section 21, the
               member may continue to be a member of that board for the
               purpose of completing the performance of his function in
               respect of paragraph (a),

   (b)  , (c) or (d), as the case may be.
