CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 17
Replacement members
Where, before the expiry of his term of office, a member of a board resigns or
his office becomes vacant, the Secretary may appoint a person who is suitably
qualified for appointment to hold office in place of that member until the
expiry of the period for which he was appointed.
