CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 13

Composition of Practitioners Board

The Practitioners Board shall consist of the following members, each of whom
shall be appointed by the Secretary-

   (a)  a chairman who shall be a member of the Council;

   (b)  2 public officers;

   (c)  6 Chinese medicine practitioners, 2 of whom shall be members of the
        Council;

   (d)  1 person from the trade of Chinese medicines;

   (e)  1 person from an educational or scientific research institution in
        Hong Kong; and

   (f)  3 lay persons.
