CHINESE MEDICINE ORDINANCE - SECT 10
Council secretary and legal adviser
(1) The Council shall have-
(a) a Council secretary; and
(b) a legal adviser who shall be a solicitor or counsel.
(2) The persons specified in subsection (1)(a) and (b) shall be appointed by
the Secretary.
