Short title and commencement

PART I

PRELIMINARY

(1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Chinese Medicine Ordinance.

(2) This Ordinance shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the
Secretary for Health and Welfare by notice in the Gazette, and different days
may be so appointed for different provisions.
