MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) ORDINANCE - SECT 35

Damage, etc., to aids to navigation

(1) Any person who wilfully or negligently-

   (a)  removes, alters, damages, destroys, or interferes with, any aid 
        to navigation or mooring; or

   (b)  makes fast to any aid to navigation, commits an offence and is liable
        on conviction to a fine at level 2.

(2) If an offence under subsection (1) is committed by a person on or in
respect of a local vessel, then, in addition to that person, the owner of the
vessel, his agent and the coxswain of the vessel commit an offence and each of
them is liable on conviction to a fine at level 2.
