Use of port facilities
PART VII
PORT FACILITIES
(1) Subject to any other provisions of this Ordinance, no person shall use a
port facility otherwise than for the purpose for which it is provided.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable
on conviction to a fine at level 2.
