DISTRICT COUNCILS ORDINANCE - SECT 80
Period within which complaint or information is to be laid
Except as otherwise provided by this Ordinance, a complaint or information
alleging the commission of an offence against this Ordinance must be laid
within 3 years from the date of the alleged commission.
