DISTRICT COUNCILS ORDINANCE - SECT 5
Number of members to be elected to a District Council and the number of members to be appointed to it
(1) The number specified in column 3 of Part I of Schedule 3 in relation to a
District Council specified in column 2 of that Part is the number of members
to be elected to that Council.
(2) The number specified in column 4 of Part I of Schedule 3 in relation to a
District Council specified in column 2 of that Part is the maximum number of
members to be appointed to that Council.
