Declaration of Districts

PART II

DECLARATION OF DISTRICTS, ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICT COUNCILS, DECLARATION OF
NUMBER OF ELECTED MEMBERS AND APPOINTED MEMBERS AND DECLARATION OF
CONSTITUENCIES

(1) Each area named in column 2 of Part II of Schedule 1 and delineated on the
map specified opposite to it in column 3 of that Part is declared to be a
District for the purposes of this Ordinance.

(2) The number specified in Part I of Schedule 1 is the number of Districts to
be declared for the purposes of this Ordinance.

(3) The Designated Officer must ensure that at least one copy of each map that
defines the area of a District is kept at that Officer's office and is made
available for inspection by members of the public during ordinary business
hours of that office.

(4) No charge is payable by a member of the public who wishes to inspect a
copy of the map.

(5) A map certified by the Designated Officer as a true copy of a map that
defines the area of a District is conclusive evidence of the area of the
District.
