PREVENTION OF COPYRIGHT PIRACY ORDINANCE - SECT 38

For the saving and transitional provisions relating to the amendments made by
the Resolution of the Legislative Council (L.N. 130 of 2007), see paragraph
(12) of that Resolution. The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development
may make regulations- (Amended L.N. 173 of 2000; L.N. 106 of 2002; L.N. 130 of
2007)

   (a)  prescribing anything required or permitted to be prescribed under this
        Ordinance; (Amended 64 of 2000 s. 35)

   (aa) for the purposes of any provision of this Ordinance which contemplates
        or authorizes the making of regulations with respect to any matter;
        and (Added 64 of 2000 s. 35)

   (b)  for the better carrying into effect of the provisions of this
        Ordinance in relation to any matter.
