Optical discs must be marked with manufacturer's code

Marking of optical discs

(1) Every licensee shall cause each optical disc manufactured by him in Hong
Kong to be marked with the manufacturer's code endorsed on his licence.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the manufacture of optical  discs for a
purpose prescribed by the regulations.

(3) In this section, "marked" (標上) means to be marked in accordance with
the standards specified by the Commissioner under section 16.
