ROAD TRAFFIC (VALIDATION OF COLLECTION OF FEES) ORDINANCE - SECT 3

Validation of collection of fees payable for supply of form of certificate of roadworthiness

Notwithstanding the resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council on 2
November 1995, and published in the Gazette as Legal Notice No. 513 of 1995,
the fee specified in columns 2 and 3 of the Schedule paid by any proprietor of
a car testing centre under section 88C(3)(b)(ii) of the Road 
Traffic Ordinance ( Cap 374) for the supply of a form of a certificate of 
roadworthiness in respect of a private car or light goods vehicle during the
periods specified in column 1 of that Schedule, is deemed to have been the fee
payable for the purposes of that section for those periods.
