ROAD TRAFFIC (VALIDATION OF COLLECTION OF FEES) ORDINANCE - SECT 2
Interpretation
In this Ordinance, the expressions "car testing centre" (車輛測試中心),
"certificate of roadworthiness" (車輛宜於道路上使用證明書) and
"proprietor" (東主) have the meanings assigned to them in section 88A of the
Road Traffic Ordinance ( Cap 374).
