LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL ORDINANCE - SECT 56

Election to be presumed to be valid

Every election is presumed to be valid until it is questioned by an
election petition within the period permitted by section 65 and the Court, on
the hearing of the petition, determines that the election is invalid.
