Person not to be nominated for more than one constituency

(1) A person is not eligible to be nominated as a candidate for a constituency
if the person is currently nominated as a candidate for another constituency.
(Replaced 25 of 2003 s. 24)

(2) The name of a person whose name is included in a nomination  list for a
geographical constituency is not, at the same election, eligible to be
included in another list of candidates nominated for the constituency.
