HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION PASSPORTS ORDINANCE - SECT 7

Mode of application

An application under section 3(1), 5(1) or 6 shall be-

   (a)  made in writing to the Director in such form and manner as the
        Director may determine;

   (b)  accompanied by such information and particulars as the Director may
        reasonably require; and

   (c)  accompanied by the prescribed fee set out in the Schedule.
