COPYRIGHT ORDINANCE - SECT 80
Photographs of television broadcasts or cable programmes
The making for private and domestic use of a photograph of the whole or any
part of an image forming part of a television broadcast or cable programme,
or a copy of such a photograph, does not infringe any copyright in the
broadcast or cable programme or in any film included in it. [ cf. 1988 c. 48
