MUTUAL LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS ORDINANCE - SECT 1

Short title and commencement

PART I

PRELIMINARY

(1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal
Matters Ordinance.

(2) This ordinance shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the
Secretary for Security by notice in the Gazette, and different days may be so
appointed for different provisions (including the provisions of Schedule 3).
