OFFICIAL SECRETS ORDINANCE - SECT 7
Obstruction
A person commits an offence if he, in the vicinity of a prohibited place,
obstructs, knowingly misleads or otherwise interferes with or impedes-
(a) the Commissioner of Police or a superintendent of police or other
police officer; or
(b) a member of Her Majesty's forces engaged on guard, sentry, patrol or
other similar duty in relation to the prohibited place. [cf. 1920 c.
