CIVIL AID SERVICE ORDINANCE - SECT 29

Summary remedies

(1) Any moneys due from a member or cadet under this Ordinance may be
recovered summarily as a civil debt.

(2) A complaint under the Magistrates Ordinance ( Cap 227) in respect of the
non-payment of any moneys due from a member or cadet may for the purposes of
section 67 of that Ordinance be made in the name of the Commissioner, and any
proceedings on that complaint may be conducted by a person appointed for that
purpose by the Commissioner.
