CIVIL AID SERVICE ORDINANCE - SECT 20

Complaints

(1) A member shall have the right to make a complaint to the Commissioner
regarding any matter concerning the Service.

(2) A member who is not satisfied with the manner in which a complaint made by
him under subsection (1) has been dealt with by the Commissioner may require
the Commissioner to forward the complaint to the Secretary for Security.

(3) The Secretary for Security shall-

   (a)  investigate the complaint and decide whether the complaint should be
        upheld or whether the decision of the Commissioner should be confirmed
        or varied; and

   (b)  inform the Commissioner and the complainant of the result of the
        investigation and his decision.
